This Store Policy explains the key terms and conditions that apply when you shop with Wings Formula Pro, including how orders are handled, payment policies, cancellations, returns and refunds, and other important details of your purchase. / Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return Shipping:

Customers cover return shipping unless the product is damaged or an error occurred.

Refunds:

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refunded.

/ Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations must be handled through the return process.

If you need to change your shipping address or order contents, contact Support immediately with your order number.

/ Pricing, Stock & Errors

Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is out of stock after purchase or was listed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
